For over a billion years did we rule. Then came these human vermin. You must kill them, or better yet, infect them by touching them.

There is a super-mutant strain called "doctors". Do not touch them, kill them from afar. They also use dangerous bioweapons called vaccines and anti-biotics. Those cannot be destroyed.
